Your journey
Delivered face to face or in a virtual learning environment, this programme consists of 4 modules, each 1 day in duration and usually scheduled a month apart, providing an inspiring programme spanning 12 weeks. It is designed around a set of “Coach your Team with Confidence” Core Competencies which build on a delegate’s previous learning of 1:1 Coaching capability. Bringing together the very latest insights and theory from the world of Professional Team Coaching, this programme is aimed at giving leaders the confidence, mindset and skills to operate as a Team Coach when working together or virtually with their people. As a Team Coach, delegates will focus on their role in creating team effectiveness, enhancing team performance, managing potential conflict, and fully embedding a systemic approach and understanding to their role. Diversity, equity and inclusion themes are embedded throughout.
What you can expect
You can expect to receive world-class training from our Post Graduate qualified coaches, all of whom are MBTI and EQi2.0/360 qualified, Mental Health First Aid trained and ICF PCC/EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited.
A pre-requisite of this programme is a solid understanding of the self-awareness and skills needed to deliver effective 1:1 coaching. We will support organisations to ensure this is in place before the programme delivery begins.
The programme is designed to ensure that it fits with your own organisation’s values, behaviours, and learning goals – it will feel like it was designed just for you.
