Everyone holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, is aligned to the EMCC or ICF, holds Mental Health First Aid qualifications as well as training in Neurodiversity and DEI, holds licensed practitioner status in MBTI and EQ360 (and many with additional psychometrics such as the Hogan suite), applies the MRA Safeguarding Policy, and invests in robust Professional Coaching Supervision and Continued Professional Development (CPD).
