My story

With over two decades working in fast paced, ever-changing global environments I can more than relate to the needs and challenges facing Senior Leaders and Teams.

My passion for coaching and belief in its transformative power comes from my own personal coaching experience. I undertook the MRA Executive Leadership Coaching programme in 2015 and it fundamentally changed the way I led and the impact I had. After transitioning to become a coach, I now spend all of my time working with Leaders and Teams enhancing their awareness and maximising their impact for the long term.

I’m proud to be a Lead Coach at MRA partnering with clients on a 1:1 and Team basis and also a Lead Tutor on our Level 5 EMCC accredited coach training programme, Coaching With Confidence. My innate curiosity, passion for people and unwavering belief in the art of the possible underpin my coaching approach with my energy & challenge values driving my style. I draw on a blend of evidence-based tools and techniques enabling me to create a unique and transformative approach for every client and every team, every time.
