Rebecca Peirce, Senior Associate Coach
MBA, PG Cert (Coaching), PG Cert (Coaching Supervision), PG Cert (Health Psychology), BA (Hons) Psychology
Having spent over two decades working as a commercial leader for a large, multi-national corporation where I had profit and loss responsibility of businesses in excess of £150 million and led teams of 50+ individuals, I feel well placed to understand and relate to the challenges that organisations, teams and leaders face. Inspired by the transformational effect that a coaching approach can have at all these levels, I now work across all sectors as an Executive & Team Coach, Coach Supervisor and Educator.
I am an accredited, and Post Graduate qualified Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, and hold MBTI, EQi-2.0/360 and Strengthscope practitioner status. I am also Mental Health First Aid qualified.
I have extensive experience of working and partnering with CEO’s, Board Members and Senior Leadership Teams across all sectors, including Walgreens Boots Alliance, Boots Contract Manufacturing, Carlsberg, OxfordSM, The Nottingham Building Society, The National Trust and LEARN Teaching Schools Alliance.
I have developed a real expertise in developing the coaching capability of leaders and helping organisations move towards a coaching culture, which is supported by my experience in the field of Coach Education (I am a University Associate Tutor). I am the Lead Coach for both our Executive and Group, ‘Coaching with Confidence’ Coach Skills Programmes.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation (for which I have been awarded Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status), the British Psychological Society and the Special Group for Coaching Psychology.
I am also a member of the Global Supervisors Network, a participative network for experienced and qualified supervisors to provide each other with, and receive, Continuing Personal and Professional Development.
I am fully committed and connected to delivering our brand values:
