Kim Brosnan

My story

I am an experienced, accredited Executive Coach and am passionate about the role that I can play in supporting leadership development and transformational change (understanding one’s self better, revisiting beliefs and changing behaviours).

With a background of over 20 years in the commercial healthcare and retail sector, I have excelled in senior operational leadership and change management roles and have been responsible for supporting both organisational change and personal transformation via 1:1 executive coaching, change management consultancy and the design and delivery of senior leadership development programmes within organisations. I am skilled in supporting the behavioural change needed to ensure sustained delivery of business results through culture, managing self and influencing others.

Described as caring, effective and commercially astute, I am a strategic and creative individual. My good intent is clear and I build trust and rapport quickly, which instils confidence in my clients and allows depth of sharing and the freedom to evolve their thinking. Although adaptable, my style is one of warmth with challenge, providing the right balance of listening with high quality questions that often feels progressive and empowering. My approach allows conversions to flow freely, whilst allowing ample time for quiet reflection when needed.

My qualifications to work with you

I am an accredited, and Post Graduate qualified Executive Coach, hold NLP and MBTI Step I and II qualified practitioner status, and also EQi2.0/360 practitioner status.

I now externally partner CEOs, Board members, Executive teams and Senior Leadership populations to support sustained transformational change within the workplace. Past clients include: the Ministry of Defence, HM Government, National Express, EE and Walgreens Boots Alliance, along with smaller SME organisations.

My continued appetite for personal growth and passion for reflective practice is key for my continued professional development along with regular coaching supervision.
