My story

I have spent the last 20 years living and working in the UK, USA and China elevating the potential of people and their organisations as a heart-driven leader, mentor, and coach. My coaching is rooted in my diverse senior leadership experience in multinationals, government, family led B Corp and consultancy.

Coaching has always been the energy that fuelled me as a leader to support my team to grow, be appreciated and promoted. I am an optimist, a believer in possibilities. I know that coaching provides the opportunity for transformational and sustainable change. I encourage my clients to bring their whole selves to everything they do allowing them to become a better version of themselves. I enable individuals and teams to gain clarity on their unique gifts, abilities, and opportunities for growth, which inspires them to discover solutions to work toward and accomplish their goals.

I have a passion and expertise in Team Coaching, an emergent stye of coaching where I work with teams to understand their dynamics, create awareness of their patterns of success and their obstacles to achievement. Team Coaching equips organisations to adapt within rapidly changing workplaces, empowering teams to re-connect, collaborate and to re-build trust in hybrid work environments.
